The purpose of The Weekday School at UPUMC is to build a strong, Christian foundation of love and learning in every child through nurturing and challenging them appropriately in all developmental areas.

Vision

Curriculum
The goal of The Weekday School curriculum is to provide each child with meaningful learning opportunities to attain age-appropriate skills.
The WDS curriculum is based on a thematic framework. Here, learning materials and activities are organized around specific age-appropriate units. Play is a central component of The WDS curriculum and is woven throughout each thematic unit. Through play, children attach meaning to the thematic learning experiences provided within our classroom, while also acquiring developmental skills.

Registration Process
Thank you for your interest in The Weekday School at UPUMC (WDS).
2026-2027 school year
Applications are still being accepted for all age groups for the 2026-2027 school year. We currently have openings in PreK 4s (M-F) and Kindergarten; all other applications will be placed on a waitlist. Online applications are available through the link below. A non-refundable $75 fee is required to complete the application process.
2027-2028 school year
Tours and applications for the 2027-2028 school year will be available beginning in mid September.
