MWF PreK 4s teacher (full-time)
This full-time position with benefits requires a Monday through Friday 8:30 - 2:30 time commitment. The PreK 4s age level serves children who are 4 years old on or before September 1. PreK 4s classrooms have a staff to child ratio of 1:10.
- Applicants must have an associate degree (minimum of 60 hours of college credit) or higher.
- Applicants with three years of experience working within the context of early childhood and independent teaching experience at the preschool age level are preferred.
- Applicants with a degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or a related field are a plus.
This position requires teamwork and the knowledge and application of early childhood best practices in the areas of curriculum, assessment, and lesson planning. The Weekday School is accredited by NAEYC and values a positive and collaborative work ethic. Personal qualities of compassion, patience and respect for children, families and colleagues are essential.

The WDS is looking for substitute teachers! WDS substitutes are required to hold an associate's degree (or higher) and be able to provide care and instruction to children ranging in age from 9 months to Kindergarten.
